    Fee includes lunches, dinner and Delegate Kit (for conference only).

    For Spot Registrations, Delegate Kit is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
  • ✓
    An email confirmation is sent automatically to the registered email after successful payment.
  • ✓
    Fee mentioned is inclusive of 18% GST (as applicable).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Applicable deduction based on cancellation date

Cancellation requests are subject to the following deductions:

90%
On or before
31 October 2026
90% of the registration fee will be refunded
(10% deduction as prosessing fee).
50%
1–30 November 2026
50% of the registration fee will be refunded
(50% deduction).
25%
1–31 December 2026
25% of the registration fee will be refunded
(75% deduction).
0%
From 1 January 2027 onwards
No refund will be applicable for cancellations received on or after this date.

How to request a cancellation: Requests must be sent in writing to nciasp2026@gmail.com. All eligible refunds will be processed after the conference. Applicable bank charges and payment gateway fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
